GazSurf started production of a small-tonnage LNG plant with a capacity of 800 kg/h

The Gazsurf company continues to develop its own production. And an important step for us was the start of work on a small-tonnage LNG plant.

The LNG plant will be built on the basis of a high-pressure throttling-ejector cycle with intermediate external cooling.

The main advantages of this technology are:

• low capital costs
• the absence of mechanical equipment operating at a cryogenic temperature level ensures high reliability of the installation
• quick start/stop operations
• ease of maintenance

The plant, created using this technology, is very compact — the delivery is carried out by technological blocks of full factory readiness. This allows you to significantly reduce the period of installation and commissioning of equipment.

The use of only general industrial equipment (compressors, refrigeration unit) reduces the cost and shortens the delivery time.

The use of natural gas as a refrigerant makes it possible to abandon other substances (multicomponent mixture or nitrogen) and exclude measures related to maintaining the volume and composition of the refrigerant in the circuit.
